Sunbarshi Secondary School is located in ward No. 5 of Ratuwamai municipality in the district of Morang, Province No.1 in the eastern part of Nepal. It was established on 28th of Bhadra, 2032 B.S. (1975 A.D.). Mr. Padam Bahadur Katwal is the founder of this school. Formerly it was named as "Shree Dipendra Primary School". It was its first name. Later, it was changed as "Shree Sunbarshi Primary School". In the field of education, it has come a long way since its establishment in 2032 B.S. (1975 A.D.).
The motive of the school has always been quality education.
During the successful 45 years of operations, it has produced a lot of outstanding students who have been able to gain outstanding achievement in Nepal as well as in foreign countries.
We have proved ourselves to be the best by the results that we have shown in the years of serving the nation.
We are glad to say that each and every student who has passed the SLC/SEE and the Plus Two (now grade 12) examinations from this school till this date feels proud to be called as a product of Sunbarshi Secondary School.
